• Covered on a Worldwide All Risks basis
• Unlimited cover provided for TV's, video recorders, audio and computing equipment
• Unlimited cover for the contents of deep freezers
• Business Equipment automatically covered up to £15,000
• Outdoor items covered up to £10,000
• Student Possessions covered whilst at University or College up to £7,500
• Occupiers' and personal liability cover up to £5,000,000
• Christmas, Wedding and other Gifts up to £10,000
• Unlimited cover for Replacement Locks and Keys
• Alternative accommodation up to 20% of the sum insured
• Reinstatement of Data, Deeds and Documents up to £5,000
• Fatal injury £25,000
• Loss of Metered Water and Heating Oil up to £5,000
• Temporary removal up to 15% of the sum insured
• Damage caused by pets up to £2,500
• Personal Money up to £2,500 and credit cards up to £25,000

Fine Art and Antiques, Jewellery and Watches

• Covered on a Worldwide All Risks basis
• New purchases of Fine Art and Antiques automatically covered up to 20% of the sum insured
• Automatic cover for increased value of paintings following death of the artist
• Depreciation in value following partial loss or damage
• Single articles of fine art and antiques are covered up to £15,000 and up to £5,000 in respect of jewellery or watches (unless specified)

Buildings

• Sum insured based (rebuilding cost)
• Index linked
• All Risks cover is provided automatically
• Alternative accommodation/loss of rent receivable up to 20% of the sum insured
• Property Owners liability - £5,000,000
• Architects and Surveyors fees and other costs - Included
• Damage caused by pets up to £1,000
